Delete my account
You can ask us to delete your NightBay account and the personal data attached to it. Here's exactly what happens.
- Step 1
In the NightBay app: Profile → Account → Delete my account. Or send the form below.
- Step 2
We call your registered number to confirm it's really you.
- Step 3
If you have a booking in progress, it ends under the 15-day notice rule and you pay only for the month you're in.
- Step 4
Within 30 days we delete your profile, vehicle details, photographs, listings and enquiry records.
- Step 5
We keep only invoices and payout records that Indian tax and company law requires us to retain.
