Tell us where you park
Pick your locality and the size of your car (hatchback, sedan or SUV). We show bays whose night hours actually fit your routine.

Request the bay you like
The host gets your name, phone number and verification status so they can call and check you out. If they accept, you get their number.
- 03
Pay for the month and park
One month minimum. Leave whenever you like with 15 days' notice.
Payments run through an Indian payment gateway. You get a GST invoice for the platform fee.

Photos, night hours, the largest car it fits, and your price. We suggest a price range for your locality so you're not guessing.

We verify it
A call, a photo check, and for sites with 5 or more bays, a NightBay team member comes and sees it in person. Nothing goes live until that's done.

Get paid every month
The renter pays for the month, the money settles to your bank account. You keep your full asking price; our ₹300 fee is charged on top to the renter.
You need a PAN and a bank account in your name to receive payouts. Hosts listing shared or common-area bays (RWA, office) also submit a government ID.

Why we're slow about letting bays in
Anyone can put a photo of a driveway on the internet. That's exactly the problem we're solving, so verification isn't a formality here — it's the product.
1 to 4 bays at one address
We call the host and speak to them, match the photo to the address, and confirm the gate rules and the night hours before the bay is published.
5 or more bays at one address
Everything above, plus a NightBay team member physically visits the site, sees the bays, meets the guard or the facility manager, and logs the visit. The listing stays pending until that visit is recorded. There is no way to skip it, even for us.
Renters are verified too: every account is a verified Indian mobile number, and hosts see the renter's name and verification status before they accept.

That's the whole host side. We don't take a percentage of your rent, and we don't charge you per booking.
Renter pricing
What renting costs
The host's monthly price + ₹300 NightBay fee. That's it.
Typical bays run ₹1,200–₹4,500 a month depending on the locality and whether the bay is covered. The ₹300 platform fee is flat, GST-inclusive and doesn't scale with the rent — you're charged one bundled monthly figure and it renews until you give notice.
- One month minimum, then month to month.
- 15 days' notice to end a booking, either side.
- No security deposit collected by NightBay. Anything the host asks for is between you and the host.
- A misdescribed bay reported within 48 hours of first use is refunded in full.
